Studio Guidelines

Co-Create is more than an art class—it's a space to learn, grow, connect, and enjoy the creative process. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced artist, my goal is to help you build confidence, develop your skills, and discover your own creative voice

Payments💳

To secure your place in class, monthly fees are payable before the 1st of each month.

If you are unable to make payment by the 1st, please get in touch. Alternative payment arrangements can be made where needed.

If you're experiencing financial difficulties, don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to have a conversation.

Studio Etiquette🧽

Your workspace will be prepared before each class, allowing us to spend more time creating.

At the end of each session, please:

  • Pack your artwork together with its reference image.

  • Write your name on your artwork.

  • Leave your workspace neat and tidy.

  • Use the cleaning materials provided.

These small steps help keep the studio organised and enjoyable for everyone.

Art Materials🎨

Art materials are provided during classes.

Some projects or advanced modules may require students to purchase their own art supplies. This will always be discussed well in advance.

Missed Classes🤒

If you're unable to attend a class, please let me know as soon as possible.

Catch-up classes are available when at least 24 hours' notice is given. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations cannot be rescheduled, as those spaces are offered to other students waiting for catch-up opportunities.

Membership🤝

Co-Create is built around consistency, encouragement, and community.

To help students develop their artistic skills and become part of our creative community, I ask for a minimum commitment of three months when joining.

Learning art takes time, and this commitment allows students to grow with confidence while helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere that makes Co-Create so special.

If you decide to discontinue classes, one calendar month's notice is required. This gives me the opportunity to offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

A Final Welcome🌿

Whether you're picking up a pencil for the very first time or returning to art after many years, you're warmly welcome at Co-Create.

I look forward to helping you develop your skills, explore your creativity, and enjoy the journey of making meaningful art.

Welcome to the studio—I can't wait to create with you.
